Bill, are you STILL having birthdays? I quit doing that years ago because 9 out of 10 doctors will tell you that it dramatically reduces your lifespan. My condolences.

Bobby, at our age we certainly deserve to celebrate for more than a single day out of the year. Hope you have a prolonged celebration.

Bobby Joe,
I hope you have settled in to this new year. So far, its been great for us. Keep studying that Spanish lingo.
Happy Birthday Babs. Hang in there, you only have another 25 years or so to go.
Bob
Melchor,
Happy Birthday or should I say: "Feliz cumpleanos!"
I am still studying Spanish and have been for over a year and a half now. I do a couple of lessons a day with the DuoLingo website which seems to work pretty well. I supplement that with the SpanishDictionary and StudySpanish.com web sites. Conjugating verbs is still the biggest challenge.
I hope your's and your family's health are still holding out. I seem to be losing the battle with old age sprawl at the waist line even though I only eat breakfast and lunch. Have a good one, Melchor.

Nancy,
I read your email that Pam posted for your concerning the passing of your husband. It was so wonderfully written and heartfelt that I still have tears in my eyes. Your covered all the important bases. The relief you received by knowing that your loved one will suffer no more, the joy you will continue to receive by knowing he is in Heaven, and thanking God for taking him into his own hands. My wife has dementia and is suffering a slow and debilitating death so I am experiencing some of what you have been going through. I hope I have the same outlook and courage that you have when my wife passes on.
Sincerely,
Bob

Yvonne, I remember you as "Yvonne" and not "Kay" and thought that name sounded sooo French. Hope you are having another great birthday. My wife is in a nursing home (memory care center) now with dementia. I visit her everyday and there are several people there between 90 and 100 years old. That means we probably still have a ways to go. Personally, I don't want to even think about what I would look and feel like at 90+. Go now and make the most of a great day.
Happy Birthday Babs. My family lived in Round Rock for several years. It's a nice suburb of Austin. Hope you are enjoying the Thanksgiving Holidays too.
Bob
Tommy, Happy Birthday and tell Grace hello for me. I hope you and your family are healthy and enjoying life.

Happy Birthday, Melchor. I hope you and your family enjoy many more. I am still plugging away at learning Spanish for the fun of it and to exercise the brain cells a little (assuming there are still some of them residing in the old cranium.
Bob
Happy Birthday. Keep on kicking (but not the bucket)!

Yvonne,
Have a Happy Birthday and hope you all stay high and dry through all the rain we've been getting lately. Even the frogs are complaining in Houston now.
